If you decide to return the product ordered, you will have 14 days from the moment the order was delivered to you.

At the following link you can manage orders, cancellations, and returns. The returned product must be intact, properly packaged in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories. Only after verifying the receipt of the returned product and its general condition will we refund the amount paid for the purchase of the product (including shipping costs if incurred during purchase), via bank transfer to the specified coordinates.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange the product purchased online only after the return request has been processed. A new order of equal or greater value will be placed. The new order will be processed after verifying the correct execution of all return procedures.
